There is lots that can be done to prevent Obesity sometimes you just need some motivation though. I think the easiest way to start getting back in shape would be to just start working out even if its only for short amounts of time, and if your weight training it might not be the ideal weight you want to be at but you just keep working at it and you will be where you want to be. Everyone must start somewhere though.

A healthier lifestyle can also be made through eating better foods. Better foods as in lots of greens and protein. Start taking into consideration what your eating, watch out for all the fast food and starches because it does take a toll on your body in the long run. A healthy diet can go a long way, it will make you and your body feel a lot better.
